Biography

Worrawan Jirathanapiwat is the Founder and CEO of FN Educon Co., Ltd, with a wealth of expertise in social development, human rights, and evaluation. Holding advanced degrees in International Human Rights Law from the University of Hong Kong and International Peace Studies from the University for Peace, she has dedicated her career to advancing social equity and sustainability across Southeast Asia. Worrawan's leadership spans a range of initiatives, from training on risk management, social equality, and theory of change to conducting evaluations for organizations such as Plan International, GIZ, and UNICEF. Her extensive regional experience covers work in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and other countries, focusing on climate change, environmental sustainability, and human rights. As a seasoned evaluator, she has led numerous high-impact projects, addressing issues such as gender equality, youth empowerment, and social resilience.
