Dr. Natthapol Chittamart is a pedologist (soil scientist) and an associate professor at the Department of Soil Science, Kasetsart University Faculty of Agriculture. Since 2011, he has been teaching and advising students, with expertise in soil characterization, geochemistry, soil mineralogy, soil fertility, soil fertilizer and nutrient management for economic crops, and greenhouse gas emissions from soil. He is dedicated to finding effective solutions for addressing physicochemical constraints in soil, enhancing soil fertility, and improving the productivity of cropping systems. His passion lies in promoting holistic sustainable soil management and climate-smart regenerative agriculture to support farmers' well-being.
